Juicy Scales is a fretboard reference tool for guitar and bass players, built by Lurb Developments. This policy explains what information the app collects. The short answer is: almost none.
Juicy Scales does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, and no user profiles. Your selected key, scale, tuning, and preferences are saved locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults and never leave your device.
Juicy Scales contains no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking of any kind. We do not know how often you use the app, which scales you play, or anything else about how you use it.
Juicy Scales offers an optional Pro upgrade via a monthly subscription or one-time purchase, processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Purchase status is stored locally on your device via Apple's StoreKit and iCloud entitlements. No purchase data is transmitted to our servers.
The app includes an optional feedback form. If you choose to submit feedback, your message is sent via Formspree to the developer's email address. No other information is transmitted. Submitting feedback is entirely optional and nothing is sent unless you explicitly tap the Send button.
Juicy Scales does not collect any data from any users, including children under 13.
If anything about data handling ever changes, this page will be updated with a new date at the top.
