ClearingClutter is developed and operated by Lurb Developments. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.
ClearingClutter requests read and write access to your photo library solely to display photos and videos for review and to delete items you explicitly choose to remove. The app does not transmit any photos, videos, or metadata to any server. All processing happens entirely on your device.
The app stores the following data on your device only:
None of this data is linked to your identity or transmitted off your device.
The app offers an optional one-time purchase processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Purchase management is handled through your Apple ID settings.
The app does not integrate with analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking services. The only third-party service involved is Apple's App Store for processing the optional in-app purchase, governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
