These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lurb Developments. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
The app offers a free tier allowing up to 100 photo deletions. An optional one-time purchase unlocks unlimited deletions permanently.
The app requires access to your photo library to function. You are solely responsible for any photos or videos you choose to permanently delete using the app. Deletions are processed through the iOS system and cannot be undone once confirmed. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from your use of the app.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lurb Developments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify the app or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
