Privacy Policy

SiteSnap is developed and operated by Lurb Developments. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Data We Collect

The app stores all project data — including photos, videos, documents, annotations, and map plans — locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

The following data may be collected and used solely within the app:

• Photos and videos you capture using the in-app camera
• Location data used to geotag photos and display your position on the in-app map
• Project notes and annotations you create within the app

2. Cloud Storage Integration

When you choose to connect Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive, the app requests access to your cloud storage solely to upload and organize your project files at a destination you select.

• The app uses the Google Drive API to upload files you create and to list folder names so you can select an upload destination. No file content outside of your chosen folder is read or modified.
• The app uses the Microsoft OneDrive API solely to upload files to a folder you designate.
• Your cloud credentials are managed entirely by Google or Microsoft. The app never stores your password.

Cloud sync is optional. The app functions fully without connecting any cloud service.

3. Location Data

Location is accessed to geotag captured photos and to display your current position on the in-app map. Location data is stored only on your device and within any cloud folders you choose to sync. It is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Privacy Policy — Google Sign-In and Google Drive API
• Microsoft Privacy Statement — Microsoft authentication and OneDrive API
• Apple Privacy Policy — In-App Purchases processed via the App Store

The app does not share your data with any other third parties.

5. In-App Purchases

The app offers optional subscription plans processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

6. Data Retention

All project data lives on your device and in any cloud folders you choose to sync. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. Cloud copies remain in your Google Drive or OneDrive account and are managed by you directly.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
